How It Works
INITIAL DISCOVERY CALL
Every project starts with a free 30-minute call to talk through your project, goals, and timeline. No commitment required.

IN-HOME VISIT
From there, an in-person walkthrough of your space is scheduled. Measurements are taken, your vision is discussed, and a clear picture of the project scope is established.

PROPOSAL REVIEW
A detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fees is prepared and reviewed together so you know exactly what to expect before anything begins.

What’s Included
ONBOARDING
Every project kicks off with an onboarding questionnaire to better understand how you live in your space, your aesthetic preferences, and any must-haves or must-avoids.
SPACE PLANNING
Custom 2D floor plans and elevation drawings establish a proposed furnishings layout that complements how you live and maximizes the potential of each space.
DESIGN DIRECTION
Using your completed questionnaire and site visit findings, concept boards are developed for each space to establish the overall aesthetic, color palette, and material direction.
FURNITURE SELECTONS
Every piece is curated specific to your space, style, and budget, selected from our trade network and beyond to find the right fit for each room.
SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
All ordering, inventory tracking, damage inspection, and returns are handled on your behalf. Items are received and inspected at our warehouse before install day.
INSTALLATION & STYLING
Every install is supervised alongside a professional white glove delivery team. Accessories, art, mirrors, and plants are placed, packaging is removed, and you walk into a fully finished space.

Timeline varies based on the size and scope of your project. A single room typically takes three to four months from concept to install day. Multi-room and whole-home projects can take six months or more.
Lead times on furniture and materials are the biggest variable, which is why starting early gives you the best chance at a smooth, on-time installation.

Every project has two components: the design fee and the furnishings investment.
The design fee is a flat rate scoped to your project and covers everything from concept through install day.
The furnishings investment covers the actual cost of furniture, rugs, lighting, art, and accessories.
With your proposal you'll receive an itemized estimate that breaks both down clearly so you know exactly what to expect before anything begins.

Not at all. We work with what you have and build around it. If you have pieces you love, we incorporate them into the design. If something isn't working, we'll tell you honestly. The goal is a space that feels cohesive and complete, not a blank slate.

Yes. We can start with one or two rooms and add more over time.
What stays consistent is that every space goes through the full design process from concept to installation. We don't separate design from procurement or installation. You can phase by room, not by process. Keeping the process intact protects your investment.

We start by getting to know how you live, what you're drawn to, and what you want to feel when you walk into a room. From there we build a design that reflects you. Our eye for proportion, quality, and cohesion is what we bring to your project. Your personality is what makes it yours.

With full service design you don't have to chase down a vendor or navigate a return process, and you're not charged for a damaged item.
All items are shipped to our warehouse where everything is received, inspected, and stored before install day. If something arrives damaged we handle the claim, reorder, or source a replacement on your behalf.

Our Home Furnishing Design service is full service only. Design, procurement, and installation are all part of the same process and we don't separate them.
