Remodel & New Construction
Comprehensive design support for homes undergoing structural updates, layout changes, or full-scale remodels — includes outdoor areas that are part of the project scope.

Kitchens, primary suites, bathrooms, mudrooms, laundry rooms, multi-room remodels, whole-home projects, and outdoor areas included in remodel scope
Includes:
Space planning & layout direction
Material, finish & fixture selections
Lighting, hardware & paint specifications
Collaboration with your contractor / builder
Design Fee Pricing:
Starting at $4,500 for bathroom remodel
Starting at $8,500 for kitchen remodel
Starting at $15,000+ for new construction
Note: Other spaces quoted individually. Furnishings, materials and fixtures, are not included in design fees.
Full-Service Design
Turnkey furnishing and styling for clients who want cohesive, fully realized spaces — with end-to-end support from concept through installation, indoors and out.
Common projects:
Living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, home offices, entryways, creative spaces, hallways, and outdoor living spaces (dining zones, lounges, patios, decks, pergolas).
Includes:
Sourcing, procurement & vendor coordination
Lighting, decor & textile selections
Space planning & layouts
Styling + finishing details
Design Fee Pricing:
Starting at $3,500 per room
Note: Furnishings and outdoor furniture are purchased separately and are not included in design fees.
Design Consultation
A focused design plan for clients who want clear, actionable direction for a single room or small suite — including outdoors — with independent implementation.
Common projects:
Single-room transformation, nursery, guest room, small suites, and outdoor spaces needing layout, furnishing, or material guidance.
Includes:
Concept direction
Furniture selections
Space planning & layout
Paint, lighting & finish recommendations
Design Fee Pricing:
Starting at $500 per room
Note: Furnishings and all purchasing are handled by the client and are separate from design fees.
