Front Porch | Outdoor Living
A front porch designed to feel like the first room of the home.
This covered craftsman porch was styled to blur the line between inside and out. The goal was simple: create a space that feels as considered and inviting as any interior room, somewhere you actually want to sit, not just pass through.
Neutral furniture keeps the palette calm and flexible, letting the plants do the color work. Layered arrangements at varying heights, from low wicker baskets at ground level to hanging fuchsia overhead, give the porch its lush, lived-in feel. Rattan textures repeat throughout, a woven tray, a doormat, a lidded basket, creating cohesion without anything feeling matchy.
The finishing details are what make it personal. A hurricane candle and fresh cuttings on the side table. A throw blanket folded on the bench. The kind of things that signal someone actually lives here and loves it.
